Fiche technique Mycoagra: Prélèvement des échantillons
Les prélèvements (2-2.5Kg ; 15 x 15 x 20 cm ; Figure 1) sont réalisés à l’aide d’une bêche-plate (ou pelle-bêche) sous la couronne de noyer (aux 2/3 selon le modèle suivant ; Figure 2). Les échantillons sont ensuite conservés à 4°C (Figure 3) jusqu’au traitement (Figure 4).
